Fantastic vidoe! From a door to door salesman myself who fundraises for wonderful charities- heres what i feel PLEASE READ 🙏 1. Sales cults arent real sales people, they lie and manipulate to get what they want (unfortunately been in one so i know) 2. They exploit and they have no concept of respecting personal boundaries 3. They dont care- its all about money 🤑 (tainted money from exploitation) Let me give you insights about a genuine sales company 1. They pay you for your hardwork (generous basic pay) 2. They ensure you have personal time and don't interfere adter work hours (don't give you calls or expect you to pop in for "meetings" after a long day at bogus hours) 3. They teach you fantastic techniques and genuine sales principles WITHOUT MANIPULATION 4. Most importantly they make it clear to never lie, miss sell, and to always respect people (especially innocent old age pensioners) 5. They reward you generously for your hardwork and don't put you in a corner 6. They will never pressurise you Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a sales cult a few years ago but fortunately i am blessed to work at a salss company that operates on respect only. I pride myself in being an honest respectful sales person. The most amazing compiment I ever heard on the filed from a person was that i wasn't pushy. Although i didnt get the sale, i was so happy by her comment. Never once have i had clients doubt me, the only reason being I've always respected their boundaries first. Please be wary of conman!! Look out for red flags ( being pushy, not being direct, no proper badge, no way to contact the company back, soul focus to get payment info to scam, they take sensitive account details) Yes guys there are legal ways of door to door selling without exploiting personal bank information. Remember conman are never passionate about they claim to sell because its fake. True salesman are passionate, respectful, and honest and money isnt their only goal or target. Thank you! I worked for one of these for a year, good experience, but poor wages; it's essential like a lottery, your colleague might get the door, make the sale and you'll look over thinking "if only I had knocked", while you've made none that day, they've made their first, it's 8pm, dark and raining. Literally all the practices presented in this video is exactly how that company was ran, and the exact same practices we were told to follow on the doors. It wouldn't suprise me if they are linked (they have offices up and down the country).

What’s made me most sad about this job is having elderly, lonely residents offer me money, or even bring out cash, when I never mentioned money in the first place. There are a lot of vulnerable people out there, and trained cold callers who know how to exploit them. It’s easy. PLEASE if you have elderly or vulnerable friends or family living alone, buy them a ring video ringer, or any that records people who ring the door bell. You can link the video to an app on your phone so that you can see who’s there and tell them to leave if needs be. This is so important.

I had a job like this selling pvc windows years ago. I could only hack it for 3 months. It was all about getting someone to have a ‘free no obligation quote’ which I got paid for each one landed and then commission on closed sales by the salesmen. I felt so bad doing it and it was just so awkward that I had friends and family get free quotes because otherwise the pay was minimal just for the foot canvassing. I hate this type of work and I don’t understand how people can do it day in day out.

The advertised salary of at least £400 a week would be £20,900. They’ve obviously edited it where you can earn £39,000 if you’re a manager or something and made out that’s what they’re advertising a sales job at 😂

They came to my door a few months ago, same opening words “don’t worry, nothing serious has happened”. I knew they he was a scammer as soon as he opened his mouth, I told him to get fucked and he started mouthing off, proving my original suspicions.

Just another reason why most charities have become a complete scam. Money making cash cows that the directors milk to their own expression. It's happening across the board when you realise even some of the biggest charities are only actually giving a small percentage towards the causes they state. Very sad and sick

I mentioned on one of your other videos, look into a company called Alten LTD. Alten is not a Charity, but it operates a similar predatory practices in hiring and a little in the internal sales management

I worked in one of these in Swansea a few years ago… exact same recruitment process and sales tactics. After about a month I had to walk and get a new job as I wasn’t making enough money to pay my rent. It’s all manipulation and selling you a dream of becoming a successful business owner
